1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Bhubaneswar and selected nearby locations. To check if we deliver to your area, please enter your address at checkout.

2. Delivery Timings

  • Orders are processed and delivered between 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be processed the next day.

  • Delivery times may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and traffic.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery for orders above ₹500.

  • A standard delivery fee of ₹40-₹100 applies based on the delivery location.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Freshly prepared orders are dispatched within 30-60 minutes of confirmation.

  • Large or bulk orders may take additional time. Customers will be informed accordingly.

5. Contactless Delivery

We offer contactless delivery for safety and hygiene. Please mention your preference while placing the order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with an estimated delivery time.

7. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after confirmation.

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery for a replacement.

  • Refunds are processed only for unfulfilled orders due to restaurant issues.
